Portals Market Suite Servicedesk
Via dit portal kun je verzoeken/meldingen insturen. Volg daarvoor de onderstaande vier stappen:
1. Kies voor welk product je een verzoek wilt insturen
2. Kies het type van je verzoek
3. Vul de velden zo volledig mogelijk in
4. Klik op 'create' om je verzoek in te sturen
Wij streven ernaar om serviceverzoeken twee werkdagen in behandeling te nemen. Zodra de status van het ticket wijzigt of commentaren worden toegevoegd, word je daarvan per e-mail op de hoogte gesteld.
